β β β β β Bad customer service and the boss just blamed other people instead of taking responsibility. Placed an order for a kitchen sink 2 months ago, and he said it would arrive in a months time. 2 months have passed with no notification whatsoever. When the sink arrived, it was the wrong one and he just asked me to wait for 1 more month. I took my deposit and left. Never ever purchase from this shop.

β β β β β Probably the worst after sales service ever in my entire life. When buying their products, they are nice to you. Once their products have problem, even the biggest guy sitting in his office doesnβt want to answer your call. If I had option, I would rate this company βTOTAL DARKNESSβ. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM. All ovens, warmers do not work well after 3 months. Itβs a joke.

β β β β β They have the worst attitude towards customers. From the owner right down to the driver have no respect to customers. They don't take your product servicing seriously. I wonder how they manage to still be in the industry. A bunch of Barbarians with unethical behaviours . They even mishandled my equipment and not taking responsibility. Worst case I'll probably make a police report against them and send a legal notice. They don't even deserve the one star by the way.

β β β β β Super irresponsible and not responsive at all! Been waiting for almost a month for the defect solutions, everytime follow up call, they said will call back, but all empty promises, NEVER return call. Mr Chan, not sure is the boss or who is that, said can refund. But after a month, still missing in action! Went to the office several times to ask for refund, from worker to admin girl, all trying to avoid by saying boss not around. Seriously the worst business provider in the market. Pls do not have any deal with them! Yea, they still owe me money up to today!
