β β β β β Overall service it's OKAY to me! But you know what guys, just in the meantime I'm waiting for turn. One lady customer came back to the clinic and complaint that she waiting very long for tooth FILLING the day before but the filling seems no well filled and causes toothache so she have to wait and redo it, and the lady start talking to other customer about the problem and coincidentally heard by the girl dentist with specs / staff told her that today is very BUSY and she have to wait or else she w will prescribe antibiotics for her toothache to come back another day for the problem.
is THIS THE WAY YOU SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMER?

β β β β β They are always busy because they are always busy making more customers rather than providing a good quality of work to their patients. Did a denture with them. Waited for a month no response. Had to wait for few appointment day and time. Finally denture was not fit. Had to wait for few more appointment date for them to fix it.
Trust me, quality of work is affected because they are too busy. Wish they can work on this

Appointment made for scaling 3pm, yet still need to wait for a 2 hours queue which is 5pm only reaches my turn.
Everything is fine, just lacking in terms of efficiency. You know right, TIME is precious ! I hope there is a change if it happens i have to revisits and to be fair to others patient's TIME~

β β β β β Doctor is nice but very inefficient. Average waiting time is 2.5 hours per visit. No point calling to make appointment as they just keep accepting walk in customers. Hope the clinic can really improve this
