★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a call inquiry in regards of my mom Dr appointment. Suprisingly the call was answered quickly. After the operator completed her inquiry she transfered me to the proper department. After less then a minute of being on hold, my call was pick up. The nurse in charge attended my question in good order and resolved my inquiry. To everyone in MOH, do keep up the good work ya.

Reach at 11.35 am and told me to go back sebab 'orang depan ada kerja'.
