★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was initially a pretty good experience as Mr Tak was friendly and nice but things took a nose dive after I noticed the panel gap of the front hood is uneven after the fix. Sent the car back and Mr Tak denied it was his problem and advised me to complain to the manufacturer. But the fact is that the panel gap issue isn’t there in the first place as it’s a very new car. Looking at his denial I know things wouldn’t turn out to my favour, I sighed and left.
Those things aside, his pricing is reasonable and he does the job pretty quickly as other shops needed a day or two more than Mr Tak. But just beware as he’s quick to deny his workmanship faults.
