β β β β β Houses here are getting old...and by that I mean that cracks are starting to form, cracks so small till the extend of huge mouse/cat can pass through and can be heard running above your heads while u sleep. Excellent housing area though. Cheaper compared to other housing areas. Guard houses available though they are mended by mostly foreigners, but hey! Which housing areas aren't these days. Monthly housing area fees are RM 70 and the community are a good mix here. Still, do hear of break -ins though rare. And security is ok. Still safe to take a walk at night (within the fence la). How I know this? That's cuz I stay here. And my other family members stay here as well.
