★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family's first time visit to place. A newly developed and exclusive housing area of semi-dees, for Anak Selangor only. My third son's father in law's new home after his retirement. This area has easy road access to Banting, Bangi via road to UKM, Salak Tinggi n Nilai h'way via Bandar Serenia/Kota Warisan, UPM n Serdang via Putra Jaya/Cyberjaya and Elite H'way. On this auspicious day we held thanks giving and "MAJLIS AKIQAH" for my family's 4th grandchild (son). Being still under PKPB the gathering was limited to close family members from within Selangor Districts only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nice development. Free a lot of in-house/interior thing (proximately RM 30+). Modern structure, most important that the feeling of the green scenery and relaxing from the busy town.
A large spaces for parking ( unbelievable ). Quality of the structure can match the high landed properties.
