★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of delicious local food available in this neighbourhood. Prawn mee from Bobo cafe is one of the most delicious in Penang. However it does require long waiting time. The morning market is just near to this flat and famous super tanker is across the street. On the other side, it has morning dim sum restaurant and a big grocery shop at the basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the hokkien mee here especially the soup, which is so flavorful n thick with prawn taste. The only drawback is that the side ingredient is so little that you'll have to pay to add in extra. Anyway, still love it so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here means a lot of convenience. There are two markets at a walking distance. It's surrounded with a lot of coffee shops and a lot of hawkers food. Easy in getting a bus in the bus stops nearby with a walking distance only. Follow with a convenient supermarket closing at 12.00 midnight. Suitable for retirees and those who are looking for a convenient place to stay.
