★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just experienced something at this LRT. I was on my way to KLIA, and of course with a luggage and some bags. I went to the counter and asked the staff to open the big gate near the counter and the staff me why?
I said "I have a luggage". Then he asked me back "besar ke luggage awak?"(with unpleasant face reaction and voice tone).
Without saying anything, I just go and touch in the small gate.
What? Is that how you supposed to treat customer? Does not matter big or small, as long as it is luggage, it is easy to go through a big gate. Dah la servis lrt mcm apa,asek delay sana sini,terminal problem bagai, mintak buka gate pon mcm tu. Kalau nak buka pon,kau tekan button dalam counter tu je kan,. Kalau kena keluar pon, touch staff ID kau je. bukan kena ambil skru driver bagai nk buka counter tu,kau duduk je dalam counter tu,aku yang tarik luggage. I can say the staff was a bit rude in terms of his words. This is what happened when you don't instill your staff how to treat your customer. Bila LRT ada problem, bukan main buat announcement "Dear valued customers".
Bila benda kecil macam ni, mana value customer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite busy during peak hours as surrounded by housing estates and shuttle buses in commuters from outlying areas. There is also a mini mart, pos laju kiosk, an atm, two touch & go kiosks, a pastry kiosk and a snack kiosk. Taxi stand is just at the exit invluding the rapid KL bus station.

It got so crowded in the morning , like waiting for 5 trains to get in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ second last station before Gombak on the Gombak-Putra Height LRT line. located in a residential area and close to Masjid Salahuddin Al-Ayubi of Taman Melati. plenty of restaurants and stalls around the station. no parking facilities around the station and most on the street parking spaces are occupied by surrounding residents. escalator for going up to the platform but none for coming down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my most used train station because it is near where I stay.
It can be crowded a lot of times, because it is near a lot of houses/condominiums. Like other stations, it has an ATM that you can use. Some stalls wherein you can buy food for a quick bite. There are also some food places near it when you get out of the station.
Bus at the back and taxis in front and at the back as well.
Near M3 mall.
Fairly clean and tandas is acceptable.
