★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taman Ozana Impian is a secure housing area that is calm and serene with parks, football and basketball fields and a private swimming pool that is open for the residence and non-residence. Ozana has a good committee keeping the area in good condition and held family days from time to time occasionally.
Ozana also have friendly guards taking care of the securities in the neighborhood and also provides helping hand in catching rare snakes or settling off beehives by their quick call to the fire department services. The guards also helps with residence when there's health emergencies like heart attacks by dialling the hotline for ambulance, keep other family members calm, and having first aid knowledge on handling sick people on times in need. The guards have their own landline number to be called by any residence 24/7, if there's any help needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of house is very poor. Enountered roof leaking, wall cracks, floor tiles poor workmanship etc.
Previously was a very nice place to stay. Lately lots of developments in the surrounding areas causing pollutions & theft issues.
Developer was irresponsible, do not perform repair (serious leak & wall cracks) upon complain, but very efficient in collection of security fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but d opposite neighbour is horrible. They have 3 cars. They have two car parks but empty. They like to park at people place. Even yr cars are parked inside but nobody stay. They dont bother and still park specially at d main door.Already informed d owner many times.
This problem is d best way to make a complaint to MBMB side.
Another problem is d security guard are dam lazy. Always on d hand phone. Never even look whether d car got sticker or not. Where got security guards sitting down only. Majority d guard must stand outside and check.
