β β β β β Willing to stay with insects invasion, you are welcomed. Developers didnβt disinfect the land before build up. Permatang pauh, sg.dua & etc surrounded by paddy field, aka as βcharlie antsβ territory. Google for detail and Lights should be off often. Termites rattling. Houses are build and left unmaintained, lots of repair works need to be done soon after you purchase units over here. You pay to pay more.

β β β β β The houses is nice, modern. Facilties is enough. The only bad thing is where the flats area are turned into foreign worker placements, makes the traffic slow and that area is dirty.
