The price of an apartment is ok but if you own more than one car, renting a carpark could be quite troublesome, maintainence wise is bad, lift breakdowns are quite often and the environment are not very clean. The facilities are old and dirty and the comittee are cheap on electricity so there are many dark spots within the public area.
