★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name suggests, the said pocket park is indeed small at approximately 30m X 40 m only. There is a walking path, a few exercise machines n a volleyball court enhanced by the presence of shady old trees. One sees older folks walking n the younger ones playing volleyball. Lip Sin Gdn in desperate need of more such parks given the high concentration of flats n the overwhelming number of cars parked on both sides of their narrow roads in this neighborhood. Parks like this, albeit small, provide a green lung n precious recreational area.
