★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i buy double storey dahlia at pulai mutiara. quality property very poor. defect every where, submit defect report to developer very slow action and some time they give us stupid answer, not responsibility. i feel very disappointed after buy from scientex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought lavender cluster house at pulai mutiara. The quality is very poor. There’s a total of 35 defects , we have submitted the defect report to developer still they are taking forever to complete it. So disappointed with their service and very2 poor quality for the house price. We pay so much ended up getting very poor quality of house. Will never recommend scientex to anyone else !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy quality, about 200+ defects and submit to them no response and ignore, tnb also can submit wrong address. Collect key from now about 2 months I still need everyday call tnb call defects, buy house and collect key should be happy but for me why so many troubles in these situations. So disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing to let you know the deplorable attitude of one of ur staff member.
I was making a call to asking them because I received an invoice to install the electric meter. The invoice shows I have to pay RM1000 to install my electric meter. So when I called and tried to asking them, the staff said because my project are expired, If I want to install the meter will be charged RM600. When I tried to ask for more information, She interrupted me continually and passing the buck to me.
The reason for my dissatisfaction is when I tried to discuss and solve the problem, ur staff refuse to answer me and talking like that. As a customer, I felt that I haven't been treated well, ur staff being rough to be when she was providing service to me.
