★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a friend stay near there (Rose Garden) before and 2 weeks ago when we passed through Kampar, we swing in and try to check around the area. We flew a drone and took some photos. This is what I have to say.
Basically before this development, the area is a small forest. For those whom stay there or around the said area, know monkeys frequently around the area and sometimes get too close. Now no matter how elegant those houses built there (in fact the design is great) but the forest clearing can't be justified. Well, hope the developer make some balance by planting back trees in their development area. Cheers.....
