★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a residential estate several hundred units of back to back semi detached houses with a piece of empty land and a pond that is now disused. Located in the Alma area. t the rear of the estate are still huge tracts of oil palm plantation and supposedly, a chicken rearing farm. You can expect to find quite a bit of flies around when the flies are in season. Two big shopping malls, Aeon and Tesco supermarkets are about 1km away. Plenty of food and entertainment outlets nearby. There is also an Industrial estate nearby as well. Within the estate, the roads are asphalt paved without much trees. Usually very hot when the sun comes up especially in the afternoon.
