★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine having savoury dishes with unique names such as "marijuana rice" and "fried peacock bass" beside a small yet scenic lake in a peaceful village! I didn't know Greater KL had such a uniquely quaint place. Don't worry about the strange-sounding dishes -- there are no marijuana/cannabis leaves or imported peacock bass or whatsoever in the ingredients. Regarding the small lake, it's natural, nostalgic and a bit historic: tragedy struck some tin-mine workers in the 1970s and there was a huge crocodile inhabiting it in the 1990s -- it's a good thing we can still see the preserved croc at the Melaka Zoo.
