★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serahan tingkap hanya buka pada hari isnin hingga jumaat jam 8.30 pagi sampai 5.30 petang. Hari jumaat rehat 12.30 pm sampai 2.30 pm (solat jumaat). hari biasa rehat jam 1 sampai 2 petang. Staf untuk serahan tingkap mesra pelanggan. Kalau nampak takde orang jaga, boleh tekan loceng tu. Kena tunggu sikit la. Pejabat pos terdekat yang korang boleh jumpa kat Tampin.

Bagus:
-pekerja kaunter yang ramah dan mesra (ada 3 orang: sorang laki, 2 orang perempuan).
-kaunter ada banyak
Kurang bagus:
-Ada pekerja yang kurang mesra, muka ketat dan kurang senyum.
-Kaunter banyak tapi tak semua beroperasi
-Parking terhad dan sempit untuk keluar masuk
Honestly there are good things and bad things.
Nice:
-friendly and friendly counter workers (there are 3 people: one man, 2 women).
-There are many counters
Less good:
-There are less friendly employees, tight faces and less smiles.
-There are many counters but not all operate
-Limited and narrow parking for entry and exit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff lelaki tua sangat tidak ramah dan sombong ,saya sarankan pencen je la.saya datang nak renew lesen ,kad tiada jadi saya ok je tapi cara percakapan dan layanan yang sangat teruk tidak dapat saya terima.mohon dapat diperbaiki .dan satu lagi kaunter memang buka dua je ke? Staff tidak mencukupi ke?
