โ โ โ โ โ Brought an injured stray cat here. The first staff that we met is friendly and very helpful. However, whilst receiving the treatment, one of the vet assistant was actually kind of knocking the cat's head instead of petting them nicely as they supposed to do to calm the cat. Should improve the attitude towards the animal no matter if it's a stray or not. Quite disappointed but luckily enough the veterinarian was nice and friendly, so I'll give that a go. The staffs, besides of the veterinarian and the first one, should improve their communication and service skills.

โ โ โ โ โ Fast, friendly and helpful service. My cat had fever and sneezing and i made a call to the clinic, and the receptionist allowed me to walk in. Consultation and treatment, injection, antibiotics, flu med, flea med and advocate costed me around RM100.

โ โ โ โ โ Vet is good however am hoping one of the staff could be more empathic and less rigid bout clinic rules. Requested for my 8yo nephew to come in to wait(not into the consultation room though) as tis is first time i been there not aware of the one person one animal policy. Staff say cannot come in, i said he is a kid still (but i din say i am worried he is waiting alone outside, as i guess she is able to judge the situation with empathy if she has a kid too) she said we don't allow kid to enter without mentioning reason. I was speechless. There wasnt alot of client at that time if social distancing is the reason . Rules are dead set by human, brain is alive to think and make changes accordingly, after all my request isnt too much to tolerate with. Hope u can improve

โ โ โ โ โ Staff abit arrogance. I wish i can complaint to the doctors, but the staff control the phone and always presence when im with Doctors..
Hope the Doctors can advise their staff to be more friendly.. we pay ur service..
1 more thing, stop talking bad things about ur CUSTOMERS !!!
They always chit chat and talking about customers..mind ur manners !!!
And also a bit racist.. if Chinese staff will treat Chinese customer better and they will carry their carrier till to their car..but Malay ? They cant even help open the door.. Sad thing..
One more thing, my cat died after sending there.. Price is also quite high.. but if its effective i dont mind..but some treatments are okay some are not.
Doctor friendliness is good tho.. esp Dr Husna and Dr Tan..

โ โ โ โ โ My dog first came here in 2017 and presently is still under Dr Tan's care. Came for yearly immunization today. Excellent service every time whether to seek treatment or immunization. Peace of mind for me as my dog recovered fast then and was up and about in no time.
