c	chong mingdong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this shop to buy this coffee powder for my uncle. Was told that they no longer produce this coffee powder and suggested that I buy another brand instead. I bought another brand and the price was much more expensive! When I went to San Shu Gong shop at Jonker Steet, I managed to find this brand that I initially wanted! Basically they just scammed me on coffee powder. This shop don’t ever deserve one star!! ???

She as anyone else has the right, human right.... might
Y	Yap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is gloomy and dark, unable to see the product quality clearly. The service lady (younger) attitude is unfriendly, she couldn't understand what we are looking for but instead of clarifying politely, she questioned in a sacarstic manner ( super LCLY), ruined my mood to shop further. The products prices ain't attractive either compared to other brands, I will have no appetite to visit this store. What a shame, I really wanted to support this local brand which i knew since childhood. Too bad their service attitude has diminished the reputation.
P	Pat Loh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ # A really disappointing store selling tidbits and condiments. Products are so unlike what it used to be back in the days in terms of pricing and quality. Most items now are manufactured by others where the products can basically be found almost anywhere without much problem. Prices are steep and basically its now a tourist trap catering mostly for foreigners. Big thumbs down and recommended to skip at all cost.

How can the display the empty boxes without any label beside? And they expect their customer was knowing the empty boxes is for display purpose. I thought the boxes is available to sell since they wrote the price tag there. Unfortunately, that is not for sell…. I will rate no star if google allow me to do this ?
T	Tan Wei Han on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. The workers have terrible attitude, the price is higher than usual, the surrounding is terrible as well. When we paying at the counter, the workers somemore talking bad about us in malay. (we use chinese and hokkien to ask about the products and they thought we dont understand malay :)) Dont come here.

Many items are didn't listed clearly the price. So that once we bought and after we pay and get receipt only know the price is damn expensive compare with other place! Really after purchased will make own feel regret to enter in. Some more the aunty that promote items there are very no manner. Once promote the item for people, people are not interested, directly talk very loudly Infront of other promoter said the people once know the price very expensive then directly don't want to buy. Feel likes force people to buy even people are not interested to buy. Then the environment there are also very dark and very hot. Don't know why don't want to open light and even fan also. Hope that this comment is get help for other that wish to shopping there. Think carefully when wish to enter the shop.

No joke, you will sure regret by entering to the shop. Make sure you ask the price of each item and its expiry date. Make sure you ask for a receipt after you make a payment. I am not sure, but I guess they charged 50% more than the rest, or even double. Products: NOT FRESH and close to expiry date. Peanut sheets have bad smell (more than RM 20 per pack) I bought 8 packs of titbits plus 2 x kacang tumbuk = RM 198 in total Price: VERY VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. JUST LIKE THEY SIMPLY KEY IN AN AMOUNT TO CHARGE... THIS IS REALLY REALLY BAD ESPECIALLY FOR A FAMILY BUSINESS Services: VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. THE STAFFS NEVER LEARN HOW TO SMILE AND GREET. ALL OF THEM WITH SOUR FACE. VERY HARD SELL... THEY MENTIONED THAT EVERYTHING IS YUMMY THERE IN THE SHOP. It gives a feeling like they want to sell everything in the shop until the last stock. Cleanliness: 2 stars. All the products' surface are dusty. Very dark and very warm inside the shop. Parking: There are reserve parking lots beside the shop. Make sure you are entering their shop, otherwise don't park there. The male ' jaga ' looks very fierce. Warning : Enter at your own risk. Ask for a receipt. Ask for the price of each item. Check the expiry date of each product. Can't find any Tan Kim Hock's products here. Most of the products are available online. I Recommend you to buy them from other online stores.
