 The same time and another person came. The result is another good. I haven't arrived yet. I asked the counter. The result is that the acupuncture is faster. Seeing the doctor is slower. What is the use of the queue?

1) Made a reservation at 11, went there at 10.50, have to wait till 11.45. When i ask why, she tells me cause lots of customer.
(What's the reservation for then?)
2) Made a reservation at 11, went there early, ask if i can do earlier because i got something on later, frontdesk say CAN. After waiting for 30minutes, i check with the frontdesk, she tells me "Oh, YOUR BOOKING AT 11."
(??? Then why u tell me can and made me wait ???")
