The reception staff was rude and very sarcastic. Can you reply politely at people? Your parents don't teach you manners is it? A simple tone of voice goes a long way. You're tired because you have to work during PKP is it? Other people don't work is it? RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. If any 'HR representative' from Pos Malaysia are reading this review, do invest a bit time and money to train your staff properly.
And another point to add. Don't waste your time calling their office. They won't pick up the call. TRUST ME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The post office was very very unmaintained. There was no pen nor glue nor water provided at the counter. I saw a lot of people using their saliva to stick the stamp. Damn, in this #covid19 era, please be aware!
Please replace those stationary.
And even buying one single stamp needs to queue for long time. That's why better get a kiosk or something to ease simple process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ simply left a sry note at the door step with the person is in the house, not giving any sign of arrival when sending the parcel, tend to send the parcel when the office is off and couldn't find help, worse courier service ever
