★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heavy traffic at rush hour early morning. Beautiful view of some parts of the Bridge with lightings and around recreational parks near NSK hypermarket and ST. Many industries are located at Tanjung Agas. However the crown sculpture is unlike at Muar town near Wetex Parade. It is not well maintained with overgrown grass.
