And counter lembab giler tak tahu buat apa dekat situ & they only prioritise the people who HAVE PAID. But what about the people who’s WAITING for their NUMBER TO BE CALLED? Tak prioritise yg tu jugak? My sister been waiting & asking at the counter but entah berapa ribu kali ntah suruh tunggu tunggu tunggu. Poor service, poor management.
