★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tar Villa is a well-maintained residential property, with good security and high level of cleanliness. Given the low density of only 112 units (every unit is a corner unit), the apartment is relatively quiet and very suitable for families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear students and renters. This place actually bought their 5 star ratings. Located in a place of high crime rate the management makes you pay 100+ for monthly parking!! And if you park outside by the road you get summoned. If you don’t trust me, go ahead and try living here. The security guards are useless but act like gangsters. The building management is sub par and don’t listen to the needs of tenants. Overall a horrible horrible place for humans to live per rental asked. It may look good from the outside but once you sign the agreement the true colonies comes out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a nice and low density unit. Very strategic location which walking distance to Wangsamaju LRT station. Building is well maintain and clean. TAR Villa management office also very responsive when issue highlighted and they will address ASAP. Mgmt office also provide additional parking lot for rent (RM70 per month only). Nice place to stay for family and student.
