★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience. Especially considering that I had an excellent experience at their Pelangi outlet, plus the positive reviews I read of this outlet. This outlet’s service was lousy.
There was so many tree sap marks still on the car after it was ‘washed’.
The area which I park at usually has quite a bit of tree sap. When I washed at the Pelangi outlet 2 months ago, they removed ALL marks on my car.
As for this outlet, the employee still can tell me that these kind of marks very hard to wash off. Absolute rubbish! All I did was use my fingernail and scrap a little and the marks came off. The workers did not do a good job period. So don’t try to find excuses for poor workmanship!
Highly not recommended and will surely not go back to this particular outlet ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ try few time car wash at here, thought franchise will be more system and good service ,but just full of disappointment , feel like they use plan water to clean the dust and wipe it, that's all, when check closely, still full of dirk mark, can even scratch off with my nail. not only one spot, whole car is same.. especially windscreen. no comment for their other service as never tried before, but for carwash.. i think jb still got alot better choice than here..
