โ โ โ โ โ From many reviews before me, I see everyone mentioned the customer service was great, especially who was served by Mr. Gary. Unfortunately for me, I never met Mr. Gary.
I went to Taycon BB for 3 occasions, 1 for service and 2 battery purchases.
The customer service and employees attitudes were terrible, I sent my bike for service, I parked my bike, wait to be served, tried to make eye contacts with everyone who wears a Taycon uniform. No one looked back, no one served me (they knew someone came in with a bike, they saw). Another occasion was I wanted to purchase a battery (just purchase, not even asking them to replace for me), they said they are "closed", it was half-day. I went at 12:30PM. They sit in a group, playing games on their phones, perfunctory response to get rid of me. I left without a battery for my bike. 2nd battery purchase, the sales person was rude. I did not know what was the battery size of my bike, I only know model number. I expect the salesperson to know, he is more technical than I am. He rudely asked didn't I opened and checked the battery? I didn't have to do that when I asked to replace my car battery. Also, I asked for BikeMaster battery (originally came with the bike), he sold me a BattMaster battery and said they are the same. BikeMaster changed name to BattMaster, which both brands aren't the same. This is misleading and very unprofessional. I'm truly disappointed in the staff, integrity, attitudes, and customer service at this outlet. I can't speak for all, but for this Bayan Baru outlet, they are the worst!

โ โ โ โ โ Went to service my KTM, when they change the coolant they accident split it and the colour of my side cover is faded, ask the staff to be responsible and respray it for me, he said all staff is busy LMAO, find some where else, the service is just bad
