Awesome experience as the guy is friendly and attending to all my question. Feel great here n very pleasant environment. β β β β β Poor customer service. Went to the shop, just to check out on the appliances, I might want to buy, but the salesman attitude is just bad. Planning to buy fridge, cooker range,oven, microwave, hood, and air conditioning system, that's alot and it might take sometime to consider.
But the salesman attitude is very rude, shouting and very nak 'cepat2' , no time to survey. If some model not here I'm ok, but then when asked about the price he make like it's a fussy thing, not so helpful also. Then keluar lepak depan hisap rokok
I rela beli kedai mahal lagi takpa, kalau setakat murah sikit tu konon buang harga simpan jela dengan attitude macam tu. Seriously.
2 star becuz the price is competitive, but the way they treat their prospect is so bad bad bad. Ingat aku cikai sgt ke

β β β β β The sales person very unprofessional, sent photo of water tap to confirm connection to washing machine and say ok but the lorry driver cum installer say no ! bad service due to he canβt control the delivery time, course goods delivered by external transporter, he donβt have lorry drive contact. Leave to you to liaise your own.

β β β β β Poor service from TBC Bangi. Very rude salesman and management especially from Mr Roy. Arrange for delivery but then give so many reason extend and extend. Wasting my time and no communication skill at all. If you think to buy from this shop please read again my second setence.
