★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude manager here (blond hair guy). He said sorry he was rude because he was too busy so accidentally a bit emotional but I don’t think it’s an excuse.
You guys just lost customer because my wife went there to survey the day before, and we went there yesterday to buy the microwave.
Yea I’m a small customer, the microwave just cost RM500 plus but yea, because of the manager I rather not buy as my small way of protest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most items are just display unit. Seems pointless to hv an opened store when any item you asked is out of stock. Why sell or advertise an out of stock item. Even staffs are few and any question you ask, they seem reluctant to answer you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After make few surveys about TBM outlets, I decided to visit here to make my purchase. Few salesman sitting in the centre counter. I was the only customer. After about 20 minutes left alone, I have to find them in the counter and ask about the products. As expected, very poor customer service and attitude from the staff, he look at me with blurry face, no working attitude and disrespectful. He was not even able to answer products’ comparison. Well, I decided to make purchase with a total of RM10k, then only he started to be very polite, even inviting me to the seat. Please, your staffs need more training about respect. If they dont even know about product, please teach them about respect and manners. Will I come back here? Absolutely no.
