My frigdthe ordere had cooling problems during MCO time which i made a report but no one is available including the authourised service repair technician. Last 2 days i went again to your setapak central branch and they also reported to the agent in melaiwati (unrealaible and not professional staff ) The technician came and inspected my frigde and said that the compressor is not working. Since its under warrantee he will claim from samsung . He said to installed and commission the frigde will cost $980. I said please provide me the qoutations. He made a phone call (speak in chinese )
Later he said i must agreed to the price only than he willopen

Staffs are friendly and very informative which makes shopping for your electrical supply a better experience and more well informed about what you are buying. Displays are near and prices are mid ranged compared to other electrical outlets. Recommended to give this a try if you are looking for some electrical goods in the Setapak neighbourhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've made a deposit at old klang road and decided to come to setapak central outlet to confirm my order and make payment. I wanted to remove some items and make the payment. But the staff there couldn't edit my order through the system there. He told me to go back to old klang road outlet to fix the order then only I can make the balance payment there. Ok fine..
Secondly while I was in a middle of a conversation with him about aircond installation he attended other customers. There is 3 other guys sitting at the cashier/counter doing God knows what. Why can't other staff attend other customers? I tried to ask one of the guys at the counter about the aircond installation and he told me to wait for the one and only guy who seems to be doing everything in the outlet.. the outlet doesn't seem understaff but at the same time it does. The guy I was talking to said the aircond and the compressor can't be too far away from each other because if it is the aircond won't be as cold and he's not sure is warranty covers it. I asked if he can check if the warranty covers for it. He told me to list him down a list of questions I have and send it to him so he can check with the suppliers and will take time..
I don't often give bad reviews but when im trying to solve an issue and the guys running the shop can't help or seem be bothered to help, it annoys me.
Ironically the banner at setapak central says "consult the expert"
