β β β β β The lifts from the KLIA TRANSIT train station should be one level higher instead of having to climb up the stairs. This is very important for passengers with heavy luggages, elders and pregnant women.

β β β β β Compared to any other bus stations I have been to, even in more developed countries, TBS are very efficiently designed, huge lobby and welcomes many passengers everyday.
Minus point is the toilets at the departure gate (1-10) are smelly a bit. But i would say that the last time I was here. It wasnt that bad. So maybe the cleaner is off today
