★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I send my wall clock on 6/3/2018 to change the broken mirror only.and they promised it can be settle for 2 or 3 days only.but until today I had call them for many times but still doesn't have any news and they keep promised with the stupid reasons.they always said will call me back to follow up but I never receive any call from them until today.it just waste my time and I will go to collect my clock later

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I send a Bonia watch for repair on 28/12/21 and that staff said it will be complete in two weeks (11/1/22) and will inform me. I wait for his call but nothing from this store, I give a call on evening he said busy and will inform me back but no recall. I call back on 13/1/22 ask for status, he said complete another 4 days (17/1/22). Next day 18/1/22 im going to Ampang Point to buy something, I singgah to this store and ask politely 'How about my Bonia watch ?'. This old guy reply 'You ingat you sorang je ke hantar !', with this rude reply really make me want to write this review. Next Monday i will come to your store and see how my Bonia watch.
