本院的医病宗旨，一向秉持着与人为善，一切以病黎的意愿为依归，以减少病黎的痛楚为原则，为治愈病黎的恶疾为根本！
由于疫情期间，我院为了服务严重病黎的需要，給于必要的药物配治，绝对没有鼓励或坚持重病的病黎不要打新冠疫苗，一切由病黎家属自己决定！
有关的文告内容，非常令人费解。一般上如果为严重的病人，我们都是鼓励病黎考虑我院配制的药方，一贴吃一周或者10天为限。服食之后，如果病黎觉得有关药物确实对他的治疗有效或者可以减少他的痛楚，由他们自己决定是否继续。我院的收费也只是按照诊断和药物的配量为基础，病黎可以自我决定是否持续治疗！
要说治疗了6个月完全没有疗效，这点我院深感有关的评语已经超越了常理！事情简单，如果服药10天内见效，病黎可以决定按月治疗的模式支付费用，假设一个月之内，没有特殊效果，病黎可以自己决定是否继续，本院完全没有可能约制病黎或者强逼病黎前来医治！这点还望病黎可以就实际病况进展，自我决定！
有关治疗和问诊的各类费用，本院已有明价标示，没有所谓的高昂开销！药物本身的调配，没有绝对的定调，尤其是一些特殊配制的药物。然而病黎可以自己决定是否要医治，本院除非得到病黎的认可，否则不会也不可能給于病黎配制治疗的药方！
本院在此有必要誊清事实，对于匿名的污蔑，感觉无奈和痛心！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手扭伤进去看，门诊完全没有人，柜台要我看之前签一份治疗声明，说门诊费用RM50，进去的时候见了一位老医师，老医师帮我摸摸手掌，只有我在讲我的痛，医师完全没有摸到我痛处，然后就说要针灸，和吃药，针灸RM130-180，药要RM250，如果这个价钱，建议大家直接去看同善或sunway中医，至少人家大医院收费都公正过这家，前后5分钟摸了手掌，我给了RM50，打算走的时候，要求单据，柜台还要说上百才有收据，最后我问收费10块都有收据，怎么50会没有，她们才甘愿去楼上拿单据。
希望大家免受骗，大有更好的选择在外面。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are sincerely sorry to our patients who those that are not fully recovered. But there is no ? guarantee in treating every patients in the medical industry. Every patients health condition are different, there are some who we can treat and some we cannot due to individual severity condition but at least we don’t give up on patient’s and let them to decide if they wish to try while we will do our best to treat them.
Also our doctor never ever stop Or advice any of our patients from taking any vaccine, please do not twist the words as always there are situation where people without medical problem after taking vaccine can have problem. So doctor's may advice patients to consider whether to take the vaccination or to delay in view of their critical health complications conditions or to vaccinate when their health condition has improve after the treatment. In fact any one who go for vaccination will also required to provide their existing medical problem.Its so unfair to twist the words as if our Doctor will stop them from taking vaccination.itsup to individual and we will not give such advice we may however ask patient to make their decision base on their health condition.
For our consultation fees, it is fixed with tariff rate clearly listed on the panel board depending on whether you wish to have specialist or general doctor to diagnose your medical problem.
We are not here to argue but would like to clarify clearly where we stand.

Is this ethical? Should doctors convince patients that they are the only doctor?
Also, to Chao Yang, yes it’s true you can’t treat all patients, but you should not also give them false hope for the sake of money. Not giving up is not enough, being ethical is essential in the medical industry. Where are your ethics? Is what I went through the definition of letting your patients decide?
