β β β β β Iβm working with company of TDCX more then 2years now , I just love and found a prefect match of my career path company.
My whole working experience was with banking industry , when I join this company was with a thought of temporary employment as I was waiting for a banking job offer.
As time past by , I feels joy & happy working with people over here . From management to the ground everyone is so friendly, all is ready to provide you a helping hand & make things work together .
At the end , I rejected my bank offer which is much higher paid just to stay here , I feels this company give me peace of mind , not a stressful work load & brings a lot of new direction .
I realise the career path can be build over here , salary paid is suitable with experience and unlimited knowledge learning on job too, itβs not about where you start but what you doing is always been seen by your employment and provide you the best recognition of your good job.
During festival months we have appreciation token & thanks giving .
I just love to be here , more to come, have long way of learning with TDCX..

β β β β β I'm not sure how much they pay for those who put 5 stars but TDCX is a terrible company. They're a headhunter but always messed up with payment and bonus yet there's never an apology or action plan to fix it. Irresponsible to their employees.
