★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not a harsh critic but this was the first time I wanted to left a review on Google. Congrats to tea day ,you won my first bad review. Try to be an understandable patron as operating a cafe is not easy. However, even I lower my expection due to it’s trial period , i still ended up with disappointment. Firstly, I asked the staff is the buy one free one promotion still going on twice and she said yes but she never told me you need to do certain steps in order to get the buy one free one promotion. After I checked the receipt ,the price is no buy one free one ,so I asked other staff and the staff informed me that you need to do this few steps to get the buy one free one promotion. So, the cashier was obviously cheating and exploited my customer right in an indirect way. Secondly, the tea was awful and the mango was out of stock ? I mean seriously ?? This shop operated for nearly one month and they didn’t know how to anticipate the crowd and demand ??? I’m really not impressed. The milk tea is undoubtedly tasteless,SST is being implemented but Sugars are being subsided by government ,keep trying to make the tea worth for the price.You can earn slightly more money but you lost a customer forever.Preciously , not “a” but more to come.Having said that , the hygiene is lowest to the next level. This shop is understaff and you can see the unfinished drinks all over the table but the worst thing is the rags they used are smelly, you can still smell it after they finished the cleaning .holy moly , I wish I have the perfume with me. It was an un pleasant experience. Malaysia is a freaking hot country . You can’t just tell the patron is hot because of the weather today as I never feel hot in other restaurant.I used to think that Txx Lixx has the worst milk tea but not anymore. Now only I realised what is “diamond cuts diamond”. Overall , your slogan is tea day -redefine your day ?? Unfortunately , i didn’t feel that way and you ruined my day .
