★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited >15 mins for a cup of bubble tea while there were only 2 groups of people (us and another group of ppl and they were leaving). And then the tea itself is extremely sweet, like 200% sweetness. The long waiting time is understandable because I saw the workers are still like students however the main thing is the quality control. The interior design is great, lots of cool stuff especially the black and gold color but it's lacking a sense of cozy-ness.
