 That's crazy. there is an order for the customer to get the order. Seremban Gateway is doing great. please take action on this staff. the name of the diorg is either Shahireen or Hasanul.

β β β β β There's one Arab Restaurant runs by a group of Yemenis chap, i forgot the name of the restaurant but I think they were the only one Arab foods there, higly recommended to all of you to try out the variety of authentic Arab food available there and i like their service too fast, prompt and super friendly. Pricing is Value for Money and they only accept Cash.

β β β β β I brought 4 cups of tea live, i suppose to get each cup RM2.5 off with my Digi voucher but the staff only scan my voucher once i wasted RM7.5. After that the staff is very rude. Their attitude make my day very bad. I hope the staff can think from the angle of the customer.

β β β β β Went here today, 26th Dec 2020 around 4 pm. The cashier name, Mul was yelling at me when I change the order due to claim T&G rewards. It is requirement of the redeem where the drinks must be more than RM10 min. I'm so sock and surprised! ?. Never imagined to be serve like that. Please ask him to be more polite to customer. I'm really rare to enjoy TEALIVE beverages but when I start to interest, the experience is like a nightmare! Please give a training to you staff TEALIVE!

β β β β β I usually have their coffees and I dare say this is the most disappointing tealive I've ever tasted (yet perhaps). As usual, many customers but the waiting time is acceptable, but the coffee tasted bleh and I'm a little sad. Not hating or anything. However, I have to say they follow SOPs very well here. I have high hopes and please improve.
