★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that this is a newly opened outlet and there are bound to have ups and lots of downs when it comes to drink making, hence the slow pick up. I'd love to travel to Ipoh just to get my quick Tealive fix but instead of wasting my gas, I rather have it here where I stay if the manager (if you're reading this) could fix minor details such as:
1) Hiring more baristas for shift works. Those same old crew have been there since the opening till the end of the day and I can tell that they're already tired from entertaining customers to preparing drinks.
2) Make sure those ready drinks are as tasty as any Tealive outlets around Malaysia (prefebably KL outlets) would have prepared.
3) Be mindful of the closing time. If it is closed at 11pm, be close at 11pm and not earlier than it stated.
I pray for good business this coming days, months and or years. Good luck on making customers happy coming in and out of the shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To order the drinks were alright/smooth . Then come the waiting for my drink part . The wait wasn’t that long , until their boss appeared and maybe she wanted to talk to her workers but the timing wasn’t right , the place wasnt right . She literally standed at the place where people pickup their drinks !!! It looked like it was so important that it delays when I wanted to pickup my drink . Also , I wanted to point out , I order 1 smoothie and 1 Boba milk tea . I saw that my smoothie was made early but then it is delayed with other customers order that IT melted !! The pudding part of the drink , is pretty much a lot of ‘pudding juice’ . It’s like translucent , maybe the sugar water from the pudding ? I don’t know . But it was not good . I had ordered the same drink at other stores and I know it ain’t like this . It should be a smoothie not just ‘water’ . I know you guys are new but please3 improve on that . My night was ruined because of that. So please improve . If wanted to talk to your worker , please do it somewhere where it doesn’t affect the customers . Especially the pickup place . Thank you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there at 10 am ish The workers are polite but with only one person manning the counter and the rest relaxing in the employee's room make the wait longer. There are only 2 customers in the shop but it takes about 34 mins to get 4 drinks which sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just there ... the service was very frustrating. Service is very2 slow. My daughter waited more than 45 minutes. When I came in because it was so long waiting & I asked why, the employee said they made a mistake by given my daughter's order to another customer. How can it happen as the receipt stated the number of order . No apologies received & the employee does not bother what im saying..really rude. Im very2 dissappointed...Hope management takes an action. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered first and other person that ordered the same thing as me got it first.3 people skipped my turn. Waited for more than 30 min for drinks that didn't take 5 min to make. Very bad service. The worst tealive i have ever been. Lack of system utilisation.
