★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, expectation aku pada employee F&B industry dekat jerteh ni biasanya macam haprak. BUT Tealive Jerteh employee is so damn good. Maybe sebab baru bukak kot. But seriously, I do hope you guys can keep it up with good work for another years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service (depending )and friendly staff. If your going to buy, recommend to order on touch and go app and get rebates( if available ) and you can pay wirh your ewallet. After that you can collect your order there. Compared to going to the shop and buying it there or ordering through food panda for self pickup. ( Super expensive)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time my order got cancelled. After waiting for half an hour, suddenly my estimated delivery time from 15 minutes turn to 50 minutes. So i called. And their answer is that my order havent been received by them. While on my app my order status is received. And they say the only thing i can do is just wait until they receive the order. What? Do you expect me to wait for how many hours? And what if i didnt call?
