Bad customer service. The staff is not friendly at all (rude when talking to customers). I specifically ordered buy 1 free 1 drink & then the staff said i must choose drinks below RM7. So, i did choose as she said. & suddenly i had to pay for 2 drinks, not the promo price. So, i complained & the staff only return RM1 to make up for it, with no word of apologies or whatever. Improve your service (Saturday, 16Jan2021, 13:10)

Location is also easily noticable. At the front row of the buildings. Right now, no need to drive away to Main Town craving for a cup of tealive drink. Noticing you via Touch n Go Buy 1 Free 1 Promo few weeks ago. A good approach for a none contact payment mode. At the same time the order drinks are only being prepared as soon ? as the customers showing the order code over the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like how they use compostible plastic bag and paper straw very environmental friendly. The drinks are too sweet. The mi goreng boba taste normal and there is a mixture of salty, sweet and spicy taste.
