★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I came to this tealive last week, and the first thing I saw was the mess inside, like everything was so messy, and so I ordered nishio matcha with warm pearl half sugar, so once it was served to me the milk and matcha was mixed up(presentation was bad), and when I tasted it, a big matcha powder ball burst in my mouth,(the matcha powder wasn't wisk properly) , and I can't taste sugar at all like NO SUGAR AT ALL,,and the pearl wasn't sweet at all, I felt like I was just eating the pearl with no brown sugar, basically the rm10.90 I spent is not worth it at all, and I believe I saw a worker with black shirt that day, and I believe its the supervisor,all I wanna say is if you do your job, your staff will do a good job
