★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, i come and wait around 5 minit to get serve. Is it covenience for treat me like that? The lady with the glasses treat me as im not there. She keep doing her thing and when i call her she says " We not ready" I want to order else i can wait, what "not ready mean by then? Please improve your customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just asked about how to apply for the membership and the employee answered with a rude behaviour. I asked about the free drink upon sign up and she ridiculed me saying as if I read that wrong in the first place. Furthermore my hazelnut latte order has close to none taste of latte . Such a bad experience as a customer made me unable to recommend this tealive vendor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its so hard for someone who doesn't speak malay like me to order here in malaysia but i want to thank one of the staff, i think the team leader of the branch, for helping me with my orders. they were so sweet and friendly! they even helped me to choose my drinks because there's a lot of choices! thank you ya! will come back again >< ขอบคุณค่ะ ??
