★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff sampai 5 orang tapi slow nak mampus. kt kl staff 2 orang pun buat kerja lagi cepat walaupun orang ramai. Order for pick up. Bila masuk dalam kedai nak ambik tapi stock kitkat tak ada. Staff tak ada pun nak datang kat kereta bagi tahu. Then, dia suruh tukar flavor lain which is yang ada hanya milk tea. I memang tak nak la. Then, i minta refund. Tu pun ambik masa lama gila. I order thru pick up system tu, bayar guna touch n go ewallet. Then staff situ pun tak tahu macam mana nak cancel the order. Kena call plak boss dia. I just wasted my time kat situ almost 1 hour. Please improve your service
Staff up to 5 people but slow to succeed. kt kl staff 2 people did the work again quickly even though the crowd. Order for pick up. When I entered the store, I wanted to take it, but there was no kitkat stock. No staff even wanted to come to the car to find out. Then, he told me to change to another flavor which is only milk tea. I really don't want to. Then, ask for a refund. That was a crazy long time ago. I order thru pick up system tu, pay using touch n go ewallet. Then the staff didn't even know how to cancel the order. Gotta call her boss plaque. I just wasted my time kat situ almost 1 hour. Please improve your service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited very long for the worker to take order for us. There's no one standing at the cashier to serve the customers until we are about to leave. Secondly, the workers are playing with their mobile phone during work. Bad management and I doubt is there even a manager to manage the workers. There's 6 workers in there but the efficiency level is only like 3 workers there. Really disappointed.
