★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great drinks, but the cashier and the other staf at the counter is laughing for no reason behind their mask.
It started from me ordering drink until the order is ready to take away.
They still laughing.
Maybe me look like a beggar kot, idk lah.
Next time, there is another tealive branch and its ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY RECOMMENDED! Even it have the long queue (well it's because the well known brand so it is understandable) but, the service is nice cause shockingly the queuing duration is not too long! Same goes when I finished order my drinks and its done just by just a few minutes!! But, its not an ideal place if u want to stroll for a bit with friends cause it is quite crowded at peak times and doesn't have the suitable facilities like chair etc..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff always skipp your number and concentrate on the other order where they can make it in bulk. Sometimes, they go advance 5-8 number ahead of yours while your number still not being called and 1 of your drinks already melted while waiting for the one pending to be ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not aware of what's available. Lots of non-available drinks which aren't available at 10pm. This weren't properly informed to customer before hand. Leaving the customer to play a pick your guest game, whether it is available or not.. spend few minutes just to know which one is available or not at the counter. I want to buy the cup as i bought 3 cups which meets the requirements for the promo. Yet the cashier said he keyed the order so I'm no longer available for the promo.. kinda leave me speechless. This place also is not available for pick-ups. No reason given.. eventhough they promote me to order online and pick it up at other branch\location. Again leaving me confused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place just opened for 2 months plus. Should expect 1 hour ++ for you to get your drinks. But the staffs just keep on smiling and apologizing for the delay. You wont face that kind of staff everyday right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pearl always run out of stock. Worker didn't care at all the pearl stock level sufficient or not and prepare early. Probably the working attitude reflect on the service level.
Here we only have one outlet so no place no choice to go for tealive products. Now is consider new opening long que atleast 30minits above. Bad experience
