β β β β β At 12:00pm today i drove all the way to jusco just to buy bubble tea at tealive. When im there the guy working at the counter was playing on his phone while i was waiting to be served. Im the only customer btw. When he finally noticed me, i asked if i can order and he said βits not ready. Need 10 minsβ in malay. I literally said ok and walked away in confusion. How is the shop is still closed at 12pm noon? And when i get home to share my this first wonderful experience with my siblings they said oh theyβve had the same situations before. So, i decided to write this collective review that people probably wouldnt care. Since, losing few customers wouldnβt hurt anyways weβve decided to get our bbt supplies from other shop. Goodbye tealive

β β β β β Waiting today at 2.46pm.. no one at the counter.. no bell or anything.. this outlet always have problem.. came solely for hazelnut milk tea but no pearls la, cash only la, no barista la.. sometimes wait so long because queue is long..

β β β β β I ordered a few drinks and paid via tng e wallet but the staff accidentally double charged. I realised when i already on my way back but i kept in touch with the manager and he kindly checked everything and advice me on what to do. After a few days, i was reimbursed. The service is good and drinks taste just like any other tealive

β β β β β Hi. First time buying from here. Usually would be getting from southkey branch or JB town tealive branches. Felt like the supervisor need to be friendly towards customers and co workers. Was there for bout 8 minutes and manage to hear her scolding 2 staffs for 2 different reasons. I had to wait until she finished her lecture before that staff took my order. Please do advice.

β β β β β I'm a regular customer of tealive Aeon permas jaya. Every week I will make an oder from Fd panda or grab..
Very disappointed about the Pearl there serve to me its not jelly but look like they not cook very well..!!
And every time I oder ORIGINAL pearl milk tea but I received brown sugar milk tea
If u not available for original milk tea u should inform to ur customer because I'm not stupid about the test of ur tea..
For the management pls tke note..!!

β β β β β Better outlet of tealive compared to the one iβve ever visit before. The staff also quite good in following SOP as she will checked either customer already scan MySejahtera beforehand. Drinks taste good and better outlet as we can also pay using e-wallet.
