1) 1st visit : Ordered classic roasted with red bean, however the red bean is spoiled and we manage to place it straight into dustbin.. Some more, they havent follow the half ice half sugar instruction
2) 2nd visit.. Ordered famous amos one with pearl but we realize there are not even a single pearl on it even the tag on cup is correct.. Again,failed to follow half ice hald sugar instruction
My advise, ud better go to another nearby tealive branch, coz this branch are really good at serving you with a cup of disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered strawberry pudding with pearl but there is no pearl. was excited to drink because i wanted to eat bobas. it is clearly stated in the receipt "add pearl", buta ke? also, the cap for the drink was not closed correctly so the water was spilled. disappointed. legit disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service! The worst outlet ever! Please improve your service! They say no smoothie at night ? Woah!!! After a very long queue! Really??!..then I ordered brown sugar pearl milk tea..guess what had happened? The crew took half of the pearl from my cup that she puts earlier as there is no pearl enough for other customer order! ? in such circumstances you should stop the order or else you should prepare the pearls accordingly as there is 40 min plus for your business hour to be end! Come on!!!…if customer request to add on the pearl, you guys charging extra..how about when you took back half of the pearl from my cup??? !! We’re paying tho! ? To rate your service even 1 star is too much!!!
