★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 1 star coz the staffs not pr0fesional during served customer..they keep laughing n joking around inappropriate way in cashier..very rudes..1 more thing the drink not really served well as they already make it earlier put in jugs n just pour inside the cup..the texture of drinks look really bad n taste not good at all..i already buy before at other place but this place serving really worst n bad service..please advice ur workers being profesional during their service not joking around among them like idiots..n upgrade ur works to make drinks more better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad af. Ordered Earl grey milk tea and got a Earl grey tea instead. Aft getting my drink, I said this wasn't what I ordered. They insisted that they don't have Earl grey milk tea. (You gotta take this whether u like it or not) ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so dissapointed. Because i received the wrong order. My milkchoco lava should got pearl but they sent the one without pearl. I ordered thru grab food so its hard for me to change the new one or get refund. I had the experience of buying at that outlet and what i tell is that their service is quite disappointing especially during peak hour. I saw the stuff working quite slow. And some of the stuff wrongly place the order. They need to practice and organise their work more.

THOSE WHO MADE MY DRINKS TODAY 26/12/21 THANK YOU YOU RUIN MY ENTIRE DAY!!!!! YOU SHOULD QUIT YOUR JOB IF YOU CAN'T DO PROPERLY. I BOUGHT THIS DRINK SO MANY TIMES FROM ANOTHER OUTLET BUT THIS ONE REALLY BAD!!!
