I would leave zero star if I could. Services were awful. The employees were very rude! Employees need to improve their skills on serving the customer.

Useless place to get your tealive from. recruiting a staff with no manners? Even their drinks have a taste of paper. Please improve and train your staff to have some manners and be a bit knowledgeable to get a better public review ?.

Long queue because of food delivery services. Only one staff appointed to make drinks. Please improved service. They prepared drinks not exactly what cust ordered. Ordered non ice slight sugar what i get is different ways.

Staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and seems like angry when taking my order. Staring on monitor in front of her and doesnt even interested to take orders. Tealive, plz take actions or these ppl will ruin ur business

Sorry, no star. To Tealive management, please hire friendly employee and not sour faces. Customer service kind of unwilling. Another one, I repeatedly told her I wanted pearl for my both drink. I found that when I got home, my drink had no pearl at all. But the receipt she charged for the pearl. If I'm wrong I might be able to accept, but the problem is a Tealive employee who is a big girl Malay is really not friendly at all. Please teach her how to serve the customer with manners.

The staff are very unprofessional! While I’m taking order the staff is talk on the phone. This make me unsatisfying then when the staff make the drink is very not in hygiene. You know why? Because the staff is eating and does not wear the mask while making the drink. I hope Tealive take caution about your staff. Especially now our country is affected by the corona virus. How the staff can make the drink without wearing mask ? I hope Tealive give me an explanation thanks.

Service, 0/10. Undriendly staff. Not delivering their work sincerely. They should really consider to change the staffs. I can handle those who’s not friendly but this one really testing me. So bad.

The staff is not friendly and unresponsible. She is not even listening to buyer. She is keep on talking with the other staff . Very disappointed . I have ordered milk tea with boba . But as a result I got it without boba . Making me feel frustrated with their attitude .
