I met one scary customer who can’t bear to waited for their drinks to be serve.it’s only five minutes. The staff didn’t do anything wrong because only one person who working. They did all their best to work. But yeah things happened.

But the staff were still willing to complete my order and called to let me know they were out of pearls, offered other toppings. Super friendly service, highly appreciate those working late and still willing to serve :)

They selling their product in complete as it's supposed to be. For example, some small outlet they don't sell puddings or red bean because they only provide basic milk tea and basic ingredient. For this outlet, they have everything. Other than to drink a cup of coffee or a cup of tea as breakfast, I prefer to have milk tea togather with bobba, red bean, oreo or with puddings. They selling price also quite reasonable, different from the other Cha bubble tea brands. The staff they have, they were very helpful and had gave detail explanation about all of TeaLive products. To have a drink at this outlet indoor, are most encourage, its nice. Enjoy the music, enjoy your time with family and friends! Its Tea-live time!
