★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 极大的差评，进去只有两位顾客在里面，工作人员还可以说说笑笑在聊天，手脚非常慢，前面的顾客已经走完，就剩下我一位，还在聊天，还要我等待，加上我一共3位顾客，我却等了40分钟以上
Very bad review. There are only two customers in the room. The staff can talk and laugh and chat. The hands and feet are very slow. , plus I have a total of 3 customers, but I waited for more than 40 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agak slow la service. Tapi bukan sebab crew tealive. Sebab customer yg bangang nak order ambik masa sampai setengah jam. Pikir dulu sebelum beratur order.
The service is a bit slow. But not because of the tealive crew. Because customers who are reluctant to order take up to half an hour. Think first before ordering.

Order orang depan semua dia ambik, tapi satu blender pun tak dengar bunyi buat kerja. Boleh basuh2 barang dulu la, lap2 kaunter. Padahal customer dah beratur panjang kat belakang. Worst tealive experience ever.
Service slow. Staff also slow. Until it's my turn, he told me to hold and sit down first, even though we've been in line for a long time. The front person orders were all ambiguous, but not a single blender heard a sound for work. You can wash things first, wipe the counter. Even though customers are already queuing up at the back. Worst tealive experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl handling the counter could do a better job recommending menus to customer rather than just being a robot accepting order with no enthusiasm. Maybe corporate need to do some more training if they want this branch to survive in the long run.
