β β β β β we had been having a real bad experience with 1 of the agent under tech realestate, with the name of raymond wong.
agree that getting a good tenant probably depends on luck sometime and we are very reasonable. however, the way he handle cases is very not professional, up to the extent he can ignore our calls and texts, put up the call in the middle of the conversation and block our call. moreover, he did scold us in bad words in return and let us handle those tenant that run away on your own.
hope the company can take necessary action and improve the service.
